These workshops explore essential elements of work integration or reintegration, as well as the prevention of burnout. They are composed of a first part of material presentation and discussion, then a second part using role-playing and scenario creation in order to put into practice the explored themes. These workshops are offered online, or in person on the island of Montreal. Each workshop lasts two hours and is built in a complementary manner. It is possible to choose only one, and recommended to explore all three.

- Managing stress at work
- Understanding emotions for relationships
- Identifying strengths in interview preparation
- Practicing asking for accomodations
These workshops are adapted for the following groups:individuals with visible and invisible disabilitiesTeens (14 years and older) and young adults, French and English speaking, individuals with neurodivergences
Cost per group:
5 to 10 participants* - $500 + taxes / 2 hours
11 - 15 participants - 750$ + taxes / 2 hours
